Our connected vehicle platform enables VinFasts to receive over-the-air (OTA) software updates remotely, continually adding features to enhance your vehicle's performance and improve the ownership experience.

Certified Collision Centers

If you're in a collision, we're always here for you. We have a network of VinFast Certified Collision Centers (VCCC) with trained technicians that can perform restorative work according to VinFast specifications.

Mobile service

When your VinFast vehicle needs our service, our mobile technicians are ready to come to you and will complete most maintenance and repairs. Plus, booking with us is made easy through your VinFast app.

Service center
